Jackie has been developing and driving transformational initiatives with long term, scaled impact with private and public sector organizations for over 25 years. 

During her 20-year tenure at Starbucks, Jackie was at the forefront of creating the Company's approach to communities, from designing the U.S. and global community engagement strategies, overseeing disaster response, leading the Starbucks Foundation to serving as the first social impact leader for Starbucks China.

Jackie is passionate about helping individuals and organizations achieve maximum social impact, and since leaving Starbucks in 2020, Jackie has supported corporations, family foundations and nonprofit organizations with strategy development, program design, organization and operations planning, as well as executive coaching.
