For nearly 25 years, Haley has been a team builder and leader in Corporate Affairs, specializing in strategic storytelling, issues management, government relations, and media engagement for prominent organizations including Starbucks and Amazon, as well as NGOs and small businesses focused on social impact such as the UN Foundation and Cleanwell.

Her experience includes working with CEOs and executive leadership teams on global interviews, aligning strategic priorities and managing cross-cultural communications for American and European companies, orchestrating consistent brand experiences through an extensive international partner network across dozens of markets on multiple continents and supporting organizational restructures. She has sponsored employee networks and championed programs addressing environmental challenges. As an American professional based in the U.K., she has worked effectively across Europe, APAC, and the Americas.

Throughout her career, Haley has focused on helping organizations and individuals identify and navigate change while developing their unique stories and capabilities to benefit others. She is also an accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation.
